1. Login to your e-service account https://www.e.batelco.com/eservices/Login - Need help in login? 

2. You will receive an OTP verification, please enter the OTP code that sent to the contact number and email address that registered in the eServices.

3. Trust the device 
   
   
   

4.Click on My Services

5. Choose the number required

6. Scroll down to Manage Credit limit

7. You May decrease the credit limit by clicking on ( - ).

8. Click on Confirm. 

9. Click on Save changes.
