You will receive an OTP verification, please enter the OTP code that sent to the contact number and email address that registered in the eServices.

4. Keep the curser on My services and Click Sim Replacement from the drop down menu
5. Choose eSim and Select the number form the number selection
6. Read Carefully and acknowledge
7. Click on Activation eSIM
8. An OTP will be sent to the User via email and SMS and user to enter the OTP code received on their mobile phone
9. Click on Next
10. the new eSIM QR code will show on screen and an email with the QR will be sent
11. User to scan the QR and the sim will be changed to eSIM.
