1-Login to your e-service account https://www.e.batelco.com/eservices/Login - Need help in login?  

2- You will receive an OTP verification, please enter the OTP code that sent to the contact number and email address that registered in the eServices .

3. Click My Services

4.Select the required subscription number 

5. Click on Upgrade and Select the desired package

5-Click on Compare

7. Once u click on compare, a comparison between the old and new package will show up.

7. Tick the terms and conditions and click on Confirm.
